Summary
Noor Habits does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. The app has no backend, no user accounts and makes no network requests. Everything you record is stored only in the app's private storage on your device.
Information we collect
None. We operate no servers and receive no data from the app — not your habits, not your prayer records, not your reflections, not crash reports, and no identifiers of any kind.
Information stored on your device
The app saves what you enter so it can show it back to you: prayer records, habit and practice records, Dhikr sessions, Quran reading positions and sessions, reflections, exemption periods, and your settings such as calculation method, location preference and notification choices.
This data lives in the app's own storage. Removing the app removes it. It is included in an encrypted device backup only if your device is configured to make one — that backup is handled by Apple, not by us.
Location
If you grant location permission, your coordinates are used on-device to calculate prayer times and are never transmitted anywhere. You can decline the permission and enter a location manually instead; the app works fully with every permission denied.
Notifications
Notifications, if you enable them, are scheduled locally by iOS. There are no push notifications and no notification server.
Analytics, advertising and third parties
There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no attribution or tracking framework, and no third-party service embedded in the app. We do not track you across apps or websites and share nothing with anyone.
Children
The app is safe for all ages because it collects nothing. We knowingly gather no information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your control over your data
You can export your complete history as a JSON file at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete all data from within the app. Because we hold nothing, deletion is immediate and complete.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date below will change.
